Beautiful scenery and lovely location of a hotel.

The staff were very friendly and provided good service. The dinner in the bar was very good and the bar also provided live entertainment. The spa facilities were good which included pool out door jacuzzi with lovely views as well as sauna and steam room. The hotel had amazing walks and scenery and we were also given a history talk of the resort which was very informative. Remotely based with exceptional views. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is slightly dated could do with a renovation although views make up for this. The price of alcohol could be a little lower felt cocktails were overpriced.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. We had 5 rooms and everyone was pleased. Beautiful spacious rooms. The views from our room were spectacular. Dining in each of the restaurants was very good and staff amazing. We loved the walks and trails. We all enjoyed time in the pool and hot tubs.

Quiet stay in lovely corner of the country

Great views, excellent spa, amazing walks and grounds, lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was great- choice of continental things and hot made to order breakfasts. Really clean and neat overall. Overall very quiet and idyllic place to be. Spa never very busy.

Lot of families with children when we stayed- one child eating off spoons at the breakfast buffet and putting it back into the jam after and another in the adults only spa which was not appropriate. Staff seemed indifferent to both. Jacuzzis fine on first night of our stay- after that one was out of order and the other cold for the remainder of our stay. Salt inhalation room also closed for all of our stay- supposed to be only one day closed according to signage. Restaurant can be pretty busy but a good choice- a drive away from other places to eat.

The facilities, staff, food and grounds were all exceptional! Every staff member was a pleasure to deal with. The spa was fantastic and the woodland walks were brilliant.

The Mountain View room was a bit dated more so than vintage in comparison to the pictures. Could do with maybe an upgrade to the coffee maker and tv. The bathroom also could do with an upgrade. Everything was spotless, just a little old.

Parknasilla is a little piece of heaven. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you make the most of your stay. The food is amazing and whether you are dressed up or down, you will feel comfortable in the beautiful surroundings. We love it here and that’s why we decided to come back for our mini moon! Definitely worth a visit, you can’t but love this place

Lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Delicious breakfast! Lots of options for everyone! Great options for activities around the grounds of the hotel. Fabulous staff.

It would be nice to have the children's hours reduced in the pool area maybe 10am-5pm. We were there at an off peak time of the year and there was still a lot of children playing and screaming in the pool

Location is amazing and facilities in the hotel were very good. Staff very friendly, professional and very accommodating.

I would not recommend for a couple getaway to relax because there were a lot of children and babies around and in the hotel at all times. Constantly had the noise of children where ever we were in the hotel. Even in the library you could still here a crying baby or running children. I have 2 children myself and we have been away with them but my husband and I rarely getaway without them so wanted a somewhat child free couple of days. Had we know it was family orientated we would have booked elsewhere. We would recommend for families to stay.

A little piece of heaven in Kerry. A must to visit and something for everyone

We had dinner in the bar and while described to us as more casual dining, the food was restaurant quality and delicious. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice! Beautiful walks and surroundings and plenty to do for both couples and families.
